I have gone through a lesson from start to end. Why is it not marked as complete?

The LMS (Learning Management System) tracks your progress on a particular lesson by checking how many slides you have viewed. It will only mark a lesson complete once you have viewed all slides in that lesson. To check that you have viewed all slides, open the lesson and check the slides in the menu on the left. Viewed slides will show as light grey and slides you have missed will be white. Click the slides coloured white and study them. After you have checked all slides have been viewed, close the window and refresh your lesson list. You should now see your lesson marked as complete. If the lesson is still not marked complete, please contact support.

Why are some of my lessons not displayed properly? I can see strange characters and overlapping text!

The courses that we offer have gone through rigorous testing. However, if you see something that is obviously wrong, the first thing to do is clear your browsing history and reload the page. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact support.

2. The specific lesson(s) that you are having issues with
3. The version number of the course
4. The device you are using
5. For desktop or laptop, please state the operation system and the type of browser
6. For mobile and tablet, please state the make and model

The information above will help us reproduce and resolve the issue quicker.
